August 2010: Exciting Investor Opportunity!

We currently have an equipment manufacturer running a new piece of (scaleable) semiconductor deposition equipment in the Southampton University clean room facility. The hot filament Silicon deposition system has been designed and developed mainly for the PV market and can deposit very high quality Silicon at high rates. The Silicon can be deposited all the way from amorphous, through to single crystal, depending on the substrate material and the processing conditions. The manufacturer who designed, built and developed this kit is now looking for either an established equipment manufacturer to collaborate with – or VCs active in the PV/semiconductor market – in order to build and market a high-volume production system for the supply of high-quality PV substrates, entirely based on the current system technology. If you are a manufacturer or a VC interested in this rather unique opportunity to work in a “green” technology sector - then please contact me at greg@concept2innovation.com for more information.
